With a lightweight texture, this moisturizer absorbs quickly into the skin and can be used alone or as a base for makeup. As a part of a morning skincare routine, it is recommended to apply this SPF 30 lotion as the final step. If using other skincare products like eye cream or serum, apply the CeraVe Ultra-Light Facial Moisturizing Lotion after those products have been fully absorbed.

The broad-spectrum SPF 30 in this lotion helps to protect the skin from harmful UVA/UVB rays, reducing the risk of skin cancer caused by sun exposure. Dermatologists advise using a daily sunscreen with at least SPF 30 along with other sun protection measures.
